  My daughter and I had a scheduled appointment for what was supposed to be a joyful and exciting day, after all you are looking for a wedding dress for the most exciting and important. day of your life. We were very disappointed in our experience. We were placed in an area with about 20 girls trying on prom dresses and even though the young girls helping tried to help the lack of professionalism and experience was truly evident. We unfortunately will not be purchasing a dress at bridal images.

  I was very disappointed with the customer service. My sister went to your store in search of a wedding dress and through the whole appointment it felt like we were a huge inconvenience for the staff, not to mention their unfriendly attitudes and lack of product knowledge. I was not impressed at all and will not be recommending them to any of my friends. I am in customer service myself and we live by the motto "it's not how you treat customers, it's just how you treat people" that is certainly not the type of people I want to surround myself around again.
